NOTE: Please note for “White” materials, they are reinforced with Dot Film to Reinforce & toughen the surfaces. You will notice dots and some impurities in the white. The chair will not be a Snow White chair.
NOTE: Please thoroughly check the chair specs and measurements and compare to your existing chair before purchase. ErgoLuxe and ErgoLuxe Plus are catered to South East Asian Frames (average of 165m height) and specs differ from International measurements catered for bigger frames. For hygiene, Strictly no exchange/refund once chair is assembled, due to change of mind/wrong measurements/not suitable. As such, please refer to the specs of the chair and compare with your existing ones before purchase. For any manufacturing defects affecting functionality, please contact us.
NOTE: ErgoSupreme/ErgoSupreme Plus are our Premium models. They come with premium features and specs are based on international measurements- suitable for bigger framed users.
* Delivery Note:
– Delivery will be made within 2-3 working days after order is processed.
– Delivery hours are between 9am and 10pm from Mon-Sat
– Deliveries will not be made to Restricted Areas including mili tary camps, shipyards, RWS, Parliament House etc; if you are unsure, do check with our team first.
– For delivery to certain addresses located in certain Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Sentosa and CBD (office/commercial/non-residential buildings in CBD), they are subject to a surcharge of $10. If you are unsure, check with us first.
– If you would like to book/choose a specific Delivery Timeslot and delivery date, a $10 surcharge will apply as special delivery arrangements will have to be made.
– If you would like to have the item delivered at a later date, check with us for arrangements 🙂
– Please ensure address provided is correct. If address is wrong, pls contact us immediately. Once you receive a delivery confirmation text from us, means item has been dispatched out of our warehouse. Address change will be subject to $10 charge. If our team has attempted delivery to the provided address but informed at doorstep it is an incorrect address, there will be a $15 charge for rearrangement of delivery to an updated address.

Chair was delivered within 2 days. Easy to self assemble … with clear instructions. Feels sturdy but sponge on the seat was not thick enough.. so you can feel the plastic skeleton. My only complaint is the hollow bit on the handle … not comfortable if you are on the bigger size. See 2nd picture
