For the purposes of understanding HOMLÈDJ’s  12.12 x Christmas Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions ”), terms used in this Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:

• “12.12 x Christmas Lucky Draw or Lucky Draw” refers to the Lucky Draw that a participant would enter into by filling in the information and clicking on “Join” button on https://homledj.com/1212-christmas-lucky-draw/ during the qualifying period. 
• “HOMLÈDJ, we, us, or our” refers to HOMLÈDJ Pte. Ltd.
• “you, participant” refers to any person who submits information via this page and clicks on “Join” button to participate in the 12.12 x Christmas Lucky Draw.
• “valid past purchase order” refers to a valid  order number associated with an order made with HOMLÈDJ  in year 2020 either through homledj.com, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 or Carousell and a corresponding receipt/invoice/transaction history is available for validation and verification. Orders that were made and subsequently cancelled or refunded will not be accounted as a valid past purchase order.
• “existing customer” refers to any person who has a valid past purchase order number and has made 1 or more order/s from us in year 2020 either through homledj.com, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 or Carousell.
• “winning status or winner” refers to a participant who has been and/or the state of a participant being selected by HOMLÈDJ as a recipient of a Lucky Draw prize.

Participation in HOMLÈDJ’s 12.12 x Christmas Lucky Draw

• 12.12 x Christmas Luck Draw is organised by HOMLÈDJ.
• Participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes your consent to be bound by the Lucky Draw’s Terms and Conditions.
• HOMLÈDJ’s decision on all matters and disputes concerning the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding on all participants of the Lucky Draw.
• By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications as may be made by HOMLÈDJ thereto from time to time. All participants acknowledge and agree that HOMLÈDJ may use any information provided in relation to the Lucky Draw for such purpose as HOMLÈDJ may deem necessary for marketing and promotional purposes. All participants hereby provide consent for HOMLÈDJ to send them any future communications, updates, promotional offers and information on privileges. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails. For information about our privacy practices, please visit https://homledj.com/privacy-policy/ . Please also note that if both contact options, “Email” and “Mobile” are unsubscribed from, HOMLÈDJ will not be able to notify you in the event that you are a winner of this Lucky Draw you are about to participate in.
• HOMLÈDJ shall not be liable for any injury, loss or inconvenience arising out of or in arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw.
• Under no circumstances whatsoever shall HOMLÈDJ be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from, or arise out of the usage of any information stated herein or the participation in the Lucky Draw. 

Participation and Qualifying Period

Entries made via https://homledj.com/1212-christmas-lucky-draw/to join the Lucky Draw during the period of 11 December 2020, 00:00 HRS to 01 January 2021, 00:00 HRS will be qualified for the Lucky Draw subject to participant’s meeting of Lucky Draw’s Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria. We will not account any entries made via this page on 01 January 2021, 00:01 HRS.

Eligibility and Qualifying Criteria

• Participant must be an existing customer of HOMLÈDJ who has made 1 or more order/s from us in year 2020 either through homledj.com, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 or Carousell.
• Participant agrees he/she is at least 21 years of age and above to take part in the Lucky Draw, or has obtained consent of parent/guardian to participate in this Lucky Draw if he/she is below 21 years of age.
• We must be able to trace back the information that participant has provided to the order/s participant had made with us via homledj.com, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 or Carousell. In the event that a participant is selected as a Winner of the Lucky Draw and we are unable to verify participant as an existing customer of ours, we would require participant to provide a valid past purchase order number and corresponding receipt/invoice/transaction history as a validation of qualifying criteria being met. In the event that a Winner is unable to provide valid past purchase order details for validation when requested, the entry and corresponding winning status will be void and nullified immediately.  
• All information provided by the participant in the Lucky Draw Entry Fields must be accurate and valid.
• A participant may enter the Lucky Draw on behalf of a family member or friend. In doing so, you agree that:
  
  1. you have the consent of the particular family member or friend to participate in this Lucky Draw on behalf of him/her with the use and access of his/her information pertaining to his/her past purchase order number  and corresponding receipt/invoice/transaction history as a validation of qualifying criteria being met.
  2. HOMLÈDJ is not liable for any disputes, disagreement, and any legal costs or compensation arising from participant’s misunderstanding, miscommunication, misrepresentation, disputes or disagreements with the family member or friend the participant has entered the Lucky Draw on behalf of.   
• We reserve the right to disqualify a participant and/or Winner if he/she has not met all qualifying criteria within the qualifying period stipulated.

Prizes and Conduct of Lucky Draw

• We reserve the right to replace the Lucky Draw prizes with other prizes of equivalent value in the event of unforeseen circumstances which may affect the availability of the prizes. HOMLÈDJ assumes no liability or responsibility for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the prizes.
• The winners and/or other persons who benefit from the prize accept and enjoy the prizes at their own risk. HOMLÈDJ will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the redemption or usage of the prizes.
• Winners will be drawn at random.
• Results of  Lucky Draw will be published on https://homledj.com/1212-christmas-lucky-draw/, showing information of each Winner including First Name (or Name provided by participant to join the Lucky Draw) and last 4 digits of each Winner’s mobile number.
• HOMLÈDJ’s determination of the winners shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
• All prizes of the Lucky Draw have no cash and/or cash redemption value, are non-transferrable and are non-refundable and non- exchangeable for cash or any other products.

Prize Redemption

• To claim the prizes, each Winner must contact HOMLÈDJ by 5 January 2021, 20:00 HRS and provide the necessary verification details when required. If we are unable to verify a Winner’s details or validate him/her meeting the Qualifying Criteria due to incorrect, inaccurate or invalid information provided, his/her entry and corresponding winning status will be void and nullified immediately.
• In the event that a Winner does not contact HOMLÈDJ by 5 January 2021, 20:00 HRS to verify and claim the prize, his/her corresponding winning status will be void and nullified on 5 January 2021, 20:01 HRS.
• We will require each Winner to provide us valid and accurate information including Name, Full Address and Mobile Number for the delivery of the prize to him/her. And in doing so, the Winner understands that these information will be shared with the corresponding delivery partner/courier company and any other relevant third party to complete the delivery.
• The Winner of ErgoSupreme agrees and understands that
  
  1. The chair is to be self-assembled
  2. The chair will be delivered in a box to your door-step within 3-5 business days after your verification and claiming the prize from us. 
• Each Winner of H-Cash understands and agrees that
  
  1. H-Cash is HOMLÈDJ’s point system for our loyalty program.
  2. Each set of H-Cash is worth SGD$10.
  3. H-Cash can only be used for purchases made on homledj.com.
  4. H-Cash will be credited into your account on homledj.com within 5 business days of you contacting us and verifying with all necessary information.
  5. You will need to have an account on homledj.com to receive your  H-Cash. If you do not have an account yet, you may create one here (Click here).
  6. In the event that you do not have an account with us on homledj.com and did not create an account on homledj.com during the 5 business days period for us to credit the H-Cash into, your prize in the form of H-Cash will automatically be nullified and void and is non-refundable.
  7. H-Cash that is credited into your account is non-transferrable, has no Cash redemption value and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
  8. H-Cash earned from this Lucky Draw has no expiry date and no minimum spend is required.
• Each Winner of Yakun Vouchers understands that
  
  1. The vouchers can only be redeemed in Yakun Outlets subject to their prevailing Terms and Conditions
  2. The vouchers are valid for use before the expiry dates stated on the vouchers. 
  3. Each set of Yakun Vouchers is worth SGD$4.

General

• Each Winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any of our advertising or publicity activities relating to any Lucky Draw conducted over the period of 11 December 2020, 00:00 HRS to 01 January 2021, 00:00 HRS, without any compensation whatsoever.
• Each Winner agrees that HOMLÈDJ may publicise his/her name and/or his/her photograph in such mode and manner as HOMLÈDJ considers fit.
• Each Winner agrees to disclose his/her personal data to any third party to facilitate the redemption of the Prize. All participants in the Lucky Draw expressly and irrevocably allow and authorise us to collect, use and disclose their personal data to any third parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Lucky Draw.
• Our decision on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw will be at our absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. We will not entertain any correspondence. HOMLÈDJ reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the draw without any prior notice.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and all participants agree to irrevocably submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
