Product Warranty Details For Automated Laundry Rack Series

Terms & Conditions of Basic Product Warranty (Motor Part/s):

      • has to be registered online to be activated via the “Registration for Basic Product Warranty Activation” form within 7 days from Item Delivered Date (i.e. date you received the item from the delivery company) otherwise, will be void and is non-refundable. 
      • is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or its equivalence.
      • is non-extendable to other items sold by or purchased from HOMLEDJ Pte. Ltd. or our Partners
      • Period of Product Warranty starts with immediate effect upon successful online submission of “Registration for Basic Warranty Activation”.
      • You will receive a copy of your online Product Warranty detail in your email upon successful online submission of “Registration for Basic Warranty Activation”. 
    • Product Warranty covers:
          1. Replacement Motor Part/s for respective defective or faulty motor part.
          2. Delivery cost of replacement Motor Part/s to buyer.
          3. Virtual assessment pertinent to a warranty claim. Clear videos, photos and claim details are required for assessment by our Tech Support  team. 
          4. Only item purchased from HOMLEDJ PTE. LTD. and our Partners. 
    • Product Warranty does not cover:
          1. Transport cost for any on-site visit.
          2. Labour Cost of any repair or fixing of replacement Motor Part/s.
          3. Item purchased from other sellers, other than our Partners.
          4. Misuse or abuse of item including failure to properly maintain item and use according to Care & Safety Instructions. 
          5. Normal Wear and Tear.
          6. Damages from Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply.
          7. Malfunction caused by modification or inappropriate repair works.
          8. Damages from Incorrect, improper  or inappropriate operation of unit. 
          9. Damages from Insect infestation or ceiling water leakage/seepage/mould issues.

Terms & Conditions of Premium Product Warranty (1-for-1 exchange):

      • has to be registered online to be activated via the “Registration for Premium Product Warranty Activation” form within 7 days from Item Delivered Date (i.e. date you received the item from the delivery company) otherwise, will be void and is non-refundable. 
      • covers a One-Time One-For-One Exchange only during the Warranty Period, regardless of the Damage; and applicable only to Premium Product Warranty Holders. 
      • Premium Product Warranty supersedes Basic Warranty only upon registration. 
      • is based on No-questions-asked policy. 
      • is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or its equivalence.
      • is non-extendable to other items sold by or purchased from HOMLEDJ Pte. Ltd. or our Partners
      • Premium Warranty Period starts with immediate effect upon successful online submission of “Registration for Premium Product Warranty Activation”.
      • You will receive a copy of your online Premium Product Warranty detail in your email upon successful online submission of “Registration for Premium Warranty Activation”. 
    • Premium Product Warranty covers:
          1. One-Time One-For-One exchange of damaged unit with a brand new replacement unit (subject to prevailing colour availability at time of claim) only during the Warranty Period, regardless of the Damage.
          2. Choose between receiving replacement Motor Part/s for respective defective or faulty motor part OR 1-for-1 exchange during claim.
          3. Delivery cost of brand new replacement unit or replacement Motor Part/s to buyer.
          4. Virtual assessment pertinent to a warranty claim. Clear videos, photos and claim details are required for assessment by our Tech Support team.
          5. Only item purchased from HOMLEDJ PTE. LTD. and our Partners.
    • Premium Product Warranty does not cover:
          1. Transport cost for any on-site visit.
          2. Labour Cost of any removal of damaged unit. 
          3. Cost of return shipping of damaged unit to seller, for the One-For-One Exchange. If you have engaged any of our partners for the repair work, they will help make the return to us free-of-charge.
          4. Labour cost for Installation, any installation related costs of new replacement unit and any repair or fixing of replacement Motor Part/s.
          5. Item purchased from other sellers, other than our Partners.
          6. Misuse or abuse of item including failure to properly maintain item and use according to Care & Safety Instructions. 
          7. Normal Wear and Tear.
          8. Damages from Power surges, electrical storm damage or incorrect power supply.

    • Premium Product Warranty Bonus (Note the following Warranty Bonus below are exclusively applicable only to purchases made directly via homledj.com.)
      • Each Premium Product Warranty also enjoy these  (applicable only to purchases made directly via homledj.com):
        1. $30/- subsidised discount for installations/repairs arranged with our appointed  partner/s only. This is exclusively  applicable only to purchases made directly via homledj.com. This is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or its equivalence. For DIY/self-appointed-electrician installation/repair, this shall be nullified and shall not be claimable for any form of reimbursement and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or its equivalence.
        2. 1 (One) complimentary on-site assessment pertinent to a warranty claim, subject to earliest available slot at the point of booking. You may choose to use this in place of a virtual assessment in the event an issue arises with the rack’s functioning. This is exclusively applicable only to purchases made directly via homledj.com. This is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or its equivalence.
        3. Priority in allocation of earliest available slot for installations/repairs with our partners. This is exclusively applicable only to purchases made directly via homledj.com
